bioDOOR™ access zipper doors are made of our landfill-biodegradable 12 mil film and engineered to provide secure and convenient access to wrapped objects without compromising their protection. For enhanced durability and functionality, bioaqualife® offers double-sewn 18 mil access zipper doors, which deliver superior strength and longevity, making them ideal for demanding applications.

To ensure full transparency, we have ongoing independent 3rd party testing done on our products. The latest results demonstrate an impressive biodegradation rate of 86.2% within 906 days on our bioWRAP®. This indicates that it is on track to fully biodegrade within up to 3 years when disposed of in a landfill environment.

Storage & Usage Conditions

Keep access doors in their original packaging or on a stable racking systems to prevent deformation. Avoid stacking pallets excessively to prevent pressure damage. Protect from dust, dirt, and sharp objects that may damage the film. Store in a cool, dry environment between 10°C and 30°C (50°F–86°F) away from direct sunlight or heat sources such as radiators, heaters, or open flames. Shelf Life Unlimited. bioDOOR™ access doors made from our bioWRAP® does not begin biodegrading during storage or normal use, as the biodegradation process activates only in anaerobic landfill environments.
